  • How many masks are there in a box?
    Both masks contain 5 sheets in 1 box.

    Why are there 2 layers in each mask?
    The light grey layer is the protective sheet for hygiene purposes. Please remove before you apply the mask. 

    For Honeycomb Gold Mask, it is an embedded 2-film with the outer layer being Honeycomb structure and the inner film soft charcoal. Honeycomb structure helps in 2x absorption of essence into skin pores while inner soft charcoal adheres to skin perfectly and open pores. 

    Recommended Usage?
    Depends on individual preferences, but do refer to the following for a general guide:

    Normal Skin
    Gold: Can use daily
    BBM: 2-3 times per week

    Acne-Prone Skin
    Gold: 2-3 times per week
    BBM: Once a week
    (Avoid using on consecutive days)

    Oily Skin
    Twice a week for both masks

    Combination Skin
    Twice a week for both masks

    Dry Skin
    Gold: 2-3 times per week
    BBM: Twice a week

    Sensitive Skin
    Twice a week for both masks

    Eczema Skin
    Gold: Twice a week
    BBM: 1-2 times a week

    Mature Skin
    Gold: 2-3 times per week

    How long should I leave the mask on?
    10mins for Bubble Mask and, 15mins is maximum. Longer isn't always better regardless of what mask you use. The recommended timing for our Honeycomb Gold mask is 15mins.

    Do I need to rinse off after using the mask?
    Always rinse off with water after the use of Bubble Mask to wash away the surface debris.

    For Honeycomb Gold Mask, it is optional to rinse off. It is possible to pat dry the essence into skin. Mask is coated with essence and may slightly sticky to some individual. Essence helps to ward off wrinkles and fine lines. The moisturising properties may cause oiliness.  

    What is the shelf life of the masks?
    They can be kept for 3 years!

    What skin types are suitable to use the mask?
    Bubble mask is an alcohol-free mask and it is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin, acne-prone skin, and eczema skin.

    The Honeycomb Gold Mask suits all skin type too as it contain plants based product and skin-soothing ingredient.
